Western correspondent Ali Hassan
? Well IF he cleared airport security (he is not THAT
, although he often has to prove it,) he may well be fly fishing in one of the most dangerous places on earth. Ali is visiting family in Pakistan and while there, has agreed to send us reports on some of his favorite spots to fish for exotic species such as Masheer
or even Brown Trout that may have not seen a fly since their ancestors were stocked by the English.
Right now Pakistan is going through some highly publicized internal strife but Ali assures us that he will keep his head down. Of course his ability to send us updates is subject to Internet connectivity and how well his Kevlar fly fishing vest holds up, but we should have some pretty unique content from across the globe in the very near future.
