We used these all the time back when i was a kid trolling for walleye, helps keep em right off the bottom! The worms dig it...but you probably guessed that from the name! Oh man you guys need a whistlin' face!

This should give you a new idea for a fly with a tiny bladder that can be inflated or released as conditions dictate....
