Norm Norlander, the inventor of the Nor-Vise Fly Tying System, looks as though he wasn't really expecting our flash bulb at the recent Charlotte Fly Show. Surprised or not, the demonstration of his revolutionary true rotary fly tying vise caused a lot of buzz among the rabid fly tiers who attended Lying and Tying 2007.
