Just in case you might be wondering what to do with that tax refund this year, how about bidding on the ebay auction for a two day fly fishing trip guided by none other than the Missouri brown trout state record holder, Rick Osborn? Mr. Osborne caught his 27lb, 10oz fish in shallow water on Lake Taneycomo. Recently a 36lb brown was netted in this lake during a elctro-shock sampling by the Mo. Department of Natural Resources so it is safe to say that there are still a few big fish in the lake. Oddly enough, the fishing trip is not to Mr. Osborne's honey hole on the lake but rather to a private stream. With 15 hours before the auction ends, there are no bids on the trip. The reserve price is set at $1,935 just in case you are interested.
