Low Water = Spooky Fish
The Kingsport Times-News has a report from our favorite Tennessee fishing holes, the South Holston and Watauga. ""The water is real low, fish are real spooky and there are a lot of leaves in the water. You can hook a lot of leaves on the backcast," Walters said. "One way to avoid that is to mostly fish the faster riffles where there aren't a lot of leaves floating on the surface."
