Smallest Fish Contest
Finally a contest even I might have a shot at winning. Henry Miller of The Statesman Journal in Salem, Oregon brings forth an idea for a contest where the smallest fish wins. I would suggest a requirement that you use tiny fly rods made of bamboo cooking skewers with reels made from sewing machine bobbins...
