The Mountain Times of Boone, NC reminds us that it is almost time for Watauga Riverfest. The Watauga is one of our favorite local rivers and the Watauga River Conservation Partners will sponsor the festival August 13th from 11am to 4pm at the Valle Crucis Community Park.
