The honorable Supreme Court Justice Sandra Day O'Conner is visiting Montana for a few days of fly fishing before starting her retirement in earnest. I think she has an unfair advantage when it comes to fly fishing though. If there is no hatch on she can simply tell the bailiff to tell the trout to "All Rise".
