My fishing buddy Paisley and I just purchased a used 11' 6" Achilles RS116 white water raft that we found on Ebay. It was recently retired from running the Upper Delaware River. Our intentions are to turn it into a boat we can use to fish the Watauga River tail water in Tennessee. To do this we are going to have to build a rowing frame and etc. We are planning a series of articles outlining its transformation for the magazine site.
