The newest thing in real estate is what are known as "destination clubs." Basically it is a high end version of time share ownership but instead of offering the owner a variety of homes they offer them a single theme. One of the newest ones being planned will offer owners upscale lodging at fly fishing destinations such as the Madison and Snake Rivers. The club will only have 165 members to share a planned five upscale lodges. Get your pocket book ready if you want to join though, as membership in these types of ventures will cost you at least $150k with some of the higher end clubs charging a one time fee of as much as $360k. If you are interested, you can always stay at my house and fish the prison pond for $50 bucks night.
