When you find a Baptist minister with a blog and his post is about "How to make a Leader" you might think it is about being a good shepherd to your flock etc. However, in this case it is actually about how to make the kind of leader that you use to fish on the bottom for big Bull Redfish. A Baptist Minister who fishes, this all sounds too familiar to me. Perhaps I should introduce the fishing Rev. Dr Mark to my dad the fishing Rev. Homer Murdock.
