Giant Flying Salmon
Look...up in the air, its a bird, its a plane ....its a fish?? Alaska Airlines has unveiled the latest edition to their fleet, a "Salmon-Thirty -Salmon" (or that is what they call it on their website). Actually is is a 737 with a giant Alaskan King Salmon for a paint scheme. The several hundred thousand dollar paint job was paid for by the Alaskan Fisheries Marketing Board in hopes of promoting the eating of Alaskan Salmon. Officials deny that area anglers are said to be constructing huge helium filled balloons shaped like salmon flies in hopes of catching one.
