South Mississippi's SunHerald.com has a story by the Deputy Director of the Mississippi Department of Marine Resources about how tough the fishing has been in the mountains of North Carolina this year due to the late arrival of spring. He takes a yearly trip to visit the mountains of NC and laments that he had to fish nymphs down stream to catch fish due to the cool temps keeping the hatch down.
