You have to enjoy the posters that the House of Hardy comes up with to sell their products. I think they do a good job of appealing to both men and women. The lady in the photo is not at all scantily clad (something that might turn off the lady fly fisher) but I would offer that she really doesn't have to be to get the male fly fishers attention too.
